- Students in grades K–8 at Hunter, McKinley, or Moffet Elementary
- All Philadelphia students regardless of income

OST doesn't stop when school lets out. Our summer program keeps students engaged, learning, and safe during the months when youth are most at risk of falling behind academically and socially.
