OUR APPROACH

Empowering Youth Through Three Capitals

Xiente's Youth Take Action initiative is rooted in our Theory of Change. We believe lasting change happens when young people build all three forms of capital simultaneously — not just skills, but relationships and economic opportunity.

Human Capital

Education, skills, and workforce readiness

Social Capital

Meaningful relationships and community belonging

Financial Capital

Economic opportunity and long-term stability

IMPACT STATEMENT — "We don't just keep kids off the streets — we build the leaders who will transform them." — Xiente Youth Programs, North Philadelphia
